With Ford Motor Company and Peel Ports amongst our blue-chip client base we are able to offer bespoke competence management packages to ensure full compliance with relevant health and safety legislation whilst sharing rail industry best practice. Individual packages can be designed to be relevant to individual customer activities or locations.
Utilising our experienced, vocationally competent team we are able to offer fully documented and auditable training and assessment of shunters, train preparers, wagon inspectors, loco drivers, staff controlling movements in yards and sidings and other specific operational grades.
We are also able to take care of all the administrative aspects of the competence management ensuring that rail operations are always compliant with laid down procedures. This can be included within our management packages described here.
